Pilates Fit:
This class is a combination of Body Shape and Classic Ground Control Pilates class. (read description: Body Shape & Pilates class below) The active warm-up you will be challenged a bit more conditional if the Ground Control Pilates class on Friday morning. In this lesson, there is a nice balance between exercises that we know from the Body Shape lesson where we train tighter contours f body (with or without reinforcement of dumbels, tubing) and the classic Pilates exercises! Especially for the novice exerciser highly recommended! Do each lesson with 100% commitment and come EVERY week then you will soon start to feel much fitter! And you any old "complaints" or injuries disappear like snow in the sun!

insane:
This lesson will be intense cardio moves rapidly alternating with muscle-targeted (ground) exercises. Here you train your endurance and your strength. This teaching method requires the utmost of yourself but guarantees quick results. This lesson is not suitable for novice athletes.

Zumba (kids):
is a dance that is full of Latin music and fast movements. Lovely dancing and meanwhile burn fat and improve your fitness. In this lesson you will all principles of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Quebradita, Samba and Hip-Hop learn by just watching and dancing. Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! In this lesson you stand still NOT !! With a lot of energy and FUN go swinging from one move to another. Brazilian carnival there is nothing in! The lesson is over before you know it!?!

Cross Power:
has proven to be an effective way of training! A Cross Power training consists of constantly changing functional movements at a high intensity. Cross Power is a training method that brings together different ways of training in a workout:
  • Weightlifting
  • gymnastics
  • Sport Specific
During a Power Cross training not isolated muscle groups, but rather functional movements we involve muscle groups as possible. Think about; lifting, throwing, pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping, running, etc.

Kickboxing:
In this lesson you will learn the techniques of martial arts. Kickboxing is not just punches and kicks. It is also about attitude, condition, discipline and perseverance.

Spinning:
Spinning is an effective cycling program for anyone who wants to lose weight, condition would improve or would drop improved cycling performance. There is only one way to really lose weight and that is to consume a lot of calories. In a spinning class you use between 600 and 800 calories. Spinning thus eliminates the excess fat from the body and specifically the fat on abdomen, buttocks and legs. Hence an ideal BBB workout.

The Spinning program is a safe and fun group training for everyone, men and women, young and old, beginner or advanced. Anyone can indeed bicycles and by the adjustable resistance of the bike every participant to train on his or her own level and intensity.

Kids Fitness

Power Yoga:

We offer karate for both youth and adults. Karate is ideal for adolescents; both boys and girls! Karate is the game of attack and defense, of action and reaction, movement and stasis. Karate is a sport that specializes in making punches and kicks and a good defense against this by weirs and locks.

Dance Clip 1
The Clip Dance lessons, all the music and dance styles as big "Clip" by! Hence the name also. House, Dance, Jazz, Modern, Flamenco and Zumba. You can expect anything! You'll be shaking and sweating! Technically dance will certainly be a laid a foundation, but fun and FUN are paramount!

Pilates:
Pilates is accessible, it can be followed for EVERYONE !! Even for people who have never done so to participate in Pilates something moving! Ladies Fit:
Ladies Fit is an exercise class for women which is designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups, while as much as possible to burn calories.
This workout is 60 minutes with the major muscle groups for women are trained, using an include barbell, weights and floor exercises.
